ThoughtTrace also adopted Skilljar's Data Connector tool to integrate Customer Education data into the business intelligence tools the company was already using, including Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP. The data-driven insights from Skilljar helped the ThoughtTrace team correlate training behavior with customer health and prioritize program improvements.
